This project involved both technical mechanical snaking and a post-incident sanitation sweep to restore the facility’s hygiene and operational status.
The facility experienced a severe blockage in the men’s restroom, which resulted in a secondary pipe overflow in a rear utility room. This dual-location failure presented an immediate sanitation risk and threatened to disrupt back-of-house operations. Given the high-traffic nature of the site, a weekend emergency call was triggered to neutralize the clog and mitigate the resulting overflow.
Our plumbing specialist deployed a heavy-duty industrial drain cable system capable of clearing 4-inch main lines. We performed a targeted mechanical snaking of the drain to break through the localized obstruction and restore full flow to the building's waste system.
