OMNIServiceUSA conducted an emergency arboricultural intervention at the Fairless Hills retail complex following a comprehensive site safety inspection.
This project focused on the strategic removal of hazardous, diseased, and structurally compromised trees to protect the facility’s infrastructure, pedestrians, and neighboring traffic.
An inspection of the property’s green zones revealed a significant biological threat. Several large trees, including three Ash trees, had succumbed to an Emerald Ash Borer infestation, leaving them brittle and prone to failure. Furthermore, two large Pin Oaks near Arleans Avenue and a White Pine near the "Funzilla" island were identified as rotting from the inside. These trees were structurally unstable, posing an immediate risk of collapsing onto public thoroughfares or parked vehicles during high-wind events.
Our landscaping team executed a systematic removal of six high-risk trees. Utilizing specialized arboricultural equipment, we performed controlled felling and dismantling of the dead Ash and Pin Oak trees. To ensure a clean and professional finish, every removal site was followed by industrial stump grinding, bringing the remains below grade to allow for future turf restoration or replanting. All timber and organic debris were hauled away for professional disposal, leaving the island and perimeter zones clear.
