OMNIServiceUSA was commissioned to perform a high-visibility restoration of the Clinton facility’s primary roadside pylon sign.
This project involved a complete overhaul of the 8′ x 8′ top lightbox section to restore brand clarity and improve nighttime visibility for the retail site.
Following a recent painting of the sign structure, the illuminated "Job Lot" section exhibited significant internal shadowing and "dark spots" when lit at night. This uneven illumination gave the signage a worn-out appearance and made the brand difficult for passing motorists to read, directly impacting the store's visual marketing and professional image.
Our signage fabrication team engineered a total replacement of the top illuminated section. We fabricated two new 8' x 8' high-impact polycarbonate faces featuring precision-cut translucent lettering for maximum light transmission. The project included a comprehensive LED system upgrade, replacing legacy lighting components with a modern, high-efficiency LED array to ensure a perfectly uniform glow across the entire sign surface. Our team managed the full installation, including the removal and eco-friendly disposal of the aged polycarbonate faces.
