The entire parking lot lighting grid failed to activate, and Harbor Freight reported that their emergency exterior safety lights were non-functional. Such a widespread failure at a multi-tenant site suggests a failure at the "brain" of the system rather than individual bulb burnouts.
Our electrical specialists performed a forensic diagnostic of the main distribution panels. We identified a catastrophic failure in the primary lighting controller, which had seized and was no longer sending signals to the contactors. We sourced a compatible industrial-grade controller, performed the installation, and re-programmed the logic to accommodate the specific lighting schedules of both retail tenants.
